3D CO-ORDINATION / BIM / STAGE 5 & INSTALLATION

MEP Co-ordination is the core of what we do at Ideal BIM. We pride ourselves on providing a clash free & maintainable models whilst aiding the design team and installation teams from start to finish.

Clash detection is an important part of MEP coordination. Producing regular Clash Reports to demonstrate clash free models, whilst also checking the MEP design against Architectural & Structural elements.

We utilise the full Autodesk Construction Suite. Utilising Revit, Fabrication & Navisworks Manage

ASSET MANAGEMENT, VISUALISATIONS & WALKTHROUGHS

3D Visualisations & Walkthroughs can provide a good insight into how the design works for Tender Purposes or to demonstrate how the install matches the actual As-Built services on site.

BIM - COBie Data Implementation has become vitally important to many Projects now. The data that can be provided through Digital Modelling is becoming a great addition to the end Client and their FM Teams.
